HEALTHY BREAKFAST

We go on with the first cycle students work plan dedicated to body awareness and healthy habits. So this friday we are going to organize like every year a healthy breakfast.. These children often do not make a healthy breakfast for several reasons: no time, no chance, or have no knowledge.

 

For this reason at school this friday we give them the opportunity to make a complete healthy breakfast, with milk, bread, oil, cereals, juice, chocolate, fruit, ...

Sometimes a lot of kids have backache produced by their backpack weight, the "OMC" and the KOVACS fundation present a campaigne for the prevention of backaches in students.
